• Shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent via email/SMS

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued only in these situations:

• Product is damaged, defective, or unavailable
• Order is cancelled by Nigama

Refund Processing Time:

• Initiated within 3 business days from confirmation
• Refund will reflect in your bank/card as per respective processing norms
